Preparation:

I washed the potatoes, peeled them, and cut them into pieces. I sliced the waxy potatoes into rounds so they wouldn’t fall apart while cooking. As for the Creole (yellow) potatoes, I cut the larger ones in half and left the others whole.

Preparación:
