People with poor mindset work for money whereas money works for people with a wealthy mindset.

Poor minded people work in fear of having no money and when they have it, they spend it all, but the wealthy work in order to create multiple ways the money they have can work for them. They invest their money while the poor spends it all on wants and needs.
