Interesante información presentada en este trabajo audiovisual por parte del amigo Miguel Ortiz, la bienvenida a los nuevos miembros del circulo, la necesidad de dar el aporte mensual de 1$ para la creación de un fondo de ayuda a los socios y la posible creación de un festival de música folclórica con miras a recaudar fondos para el registro del circulo ante las autoridades competentes.
