The world is on a steady evolution, each day a better and improved version of things is springing up.
The trend of today has little to no value in the face of tomorrow, and honestly, this is good.
Life has been made easy; things that were difficult to access before are now at our fingertips.
The workload on humans is gradually shifting to machines. Gone are the days when people had to stress their bodies and risk their lives to get certain jobs done.
Nowadays, there are machines that are well specialized in those fields. Jobs that take days to accomplish can now be done within a small time. I must commend the growth and advancement.
However, with this advancement, there is a huge disadvantage: every day, people are losing their jobs. Since the coming of AI and other forms of technology, life has become very difficult for people.
Many companies and organizations prefer to use machines rather than human resources to get their jobs done.
Take, for instance, the popular one occurring recently, content creation that people do to get paid is now done by artificial intelligence.
Since AI can easily create content, what do you think of content creation between now and the next few decades? Do you think human authentic content would still be valued?
In several fields, gradually, certain things are being replaced, and the sad part of it is that as soon as the thing is replaced by a machine, the humans in that space automatically lose their jobs.
For my field of teaching, I am very confident that even in the next two decades, the service of a teacher will still be required in society.

Going back in history, teaching has been in place for many years; it transcends from generation to generation, although there are many upgrades, but still, an instructor is always required to make learning take place.
But this is not a yardstick for me to pitch my tent in one place. No matter how essential our fields are to society, we must never relent on one thing. The world is crazy; we never can tell what can happen between now and the next moment.
It's better that we stay prepared and avoid being carried away unexpectedly. Healing from that stage in life is not usually easy
