Of course, however, you will be told the opposite, that Flat Earthers are uneducated morons unaware of modern scientific theories, but the reality is every Flat Earther is well educated regarding the Spinning Ball Earth fantasy presented by NASA, taught in schools, and accepted as gospel truth by the gullible masses. In fact, you will find the average Flat Earther is far more knowledgeable about the Spinning Ball Earth we're supposedly living on than the average Spinning Ball Earth believer! This is because Flat Earthers are all people who attempted to prove for themselves whether or not Earth is the way modern scientific and astronomical theory preaches, and discovered that it most certainly is not.

why does the horizon not fall away as you rise up in an airplane? why are we able to see boats again with 83x zoom camera lenses after they 'go over the curve'?

the suez canal, which is 100 miles as the crow flies.. should have a curvature of
1.26296 miles = 6668.41 feet
yet it shows less variance than a few inches.

The horizon does fall as you rise in an airplane.
There are a jillion earth curve calculators out there. Maybe the wikipedia article was incorrect or something. Shit happens. The "truth" isn't being hidden :-)
If the Suez canal doesn't change except for a few inches, you should be able stand at one entrance and see a cargo ship entering the other. Oops, you can't. Must be something in the way. lolz.

Ooops forgot the camera one. Your naked eye can't see very well. Boats can disappear from your naked eyesight before they go over the curve. So try being scientific...I know its hard! START watching the boat with the zoom lens the whole time.

If you took the equipment that is in the video of the sun being tracked, and took it to the north pole and tracked the sun, it would still pivot on one axis all the way around. Straight line. It would STILL be impossible for the equipment to do this on a flat earth. Dun dun....DUNNNNN!!!!
If you did that at the south pole, you would find the same result. Hey wait!!! A south pole????? How is that possible?????? And how can the sun stay down there all day anyway??? Hmmm, my conspiracy sense is tingling!!!
