>(1)- 10x10 Single arm incline press - 15kg dumbbells
>(1)- 10x10 EZ Bar Bicep curls - 25kg
>(2)- 5x10 Cable Chest pulls - 7.5kg
>(2)- 5x15 situps
>(2)- 5x15 Side to Side ankle touches
>(3)- 5x10 Cable Chest lifts - 7.5kg
>(3)- 5x15 situps
>(3)- 5x15 Side to Side ankle touches
Week one is done. All three Supersets today were done in the order above - 1 to 3. Lets see what happens in the upcoming weeks.
