Emergency
Emergency can be explained as a natural or man-made disaster that requires urgent assistance e.g accident , earthquake etc .

Rescue on the other hand means to save someone from danger.
Post roads use activities can be divided into three which are Emergency and rescue, Automobile fire prevention and warning danger labels for hazardous substance .
in this 3 categories I want to talk about emergency and rescue
Every individuals fall into this three categories when there is an emergency especially road accident , it is either as a driver that is involved in the accident or as a passenger or as a volunteers or passersby.
As a driver involved in a crash you are to do the following :

check if you are hurt, if not then put a warning signs to warn other motorists

Having evaluated the crash scene, call 112 or 112 or any emergency number in your country for help

move the injured out of the danger zone and assist in first aid administration.
*Report the accident to FRSC , police, or any road traffic management agency.

The same thing applies to if you are a driver

move to assist others and cooperate with first aid

if you are hurt cooperate with first aid administration and provide necessary information sought.
Volunteers
- Pack your vehicle to where it won't obstruct others and display caution signs to protect scene of the crash from danger.
call emergency number for help.
Do not crowd the scene and suffocate the victims.

Do not take action that will adversely affect the victims emotion .

Help to convey them to the nearest medical center

provide unto it sought by law enforcement agent's.
Note
Casualties with life threatening condition: they are mostly unconscious. Move them with care and if their is spinal cord injury do not lift them alone , until there are about 4-6 helpers.
- Give artificial respiration ( mouth to mouth or mouth to nose) for causalities with breathing problems.
Do not give the causality anything to eat or drink

supply fresh air, prevent people from making statements that can agitate the causalities.

Transport the causality to hospital or any nearly medical center without delay.
safety and security of health is the most important aspect for everyone.
