Vlog 242: Tokenizing platforms + Trying out Dlive for the first time.

Yesterday I tried Dlive for the first time.

Ezzy set up a stream and we had some rounds of Streetfighter V. Here.

It worked incredibly well for streaming.

But besides that, it shows how powerful it is to tokenize a platform and having the ability to trade these tokens for something else (other crypto or fiat).

Remember that at the moment that the only tokens that exist are STEEM , STEEMPOWER, and SBD.

Later it will be hundreds or maybe thousands of different SMART MEDIA TOKENS all using the steem blockchain.

All tradable on the steem blockchain.

Trying out all these platforms really makes it clear how powerful that can be and I would recommend you use all of them.

Dtube, Dlive, Dmania, Dsound to just name a few.

And while using them Imagine that someday some of these platforms and many others will have their own SMT they can add value to.

Man, It's so cool.

I think that when other smart media tokens are introduced, it will be good for the price of STEEM because people will tend to diversify and try new grounds.

Morning @exyle. I can't get the video to load at the moment. But was wondering when you say "All tradable on the steem blockchain." Does that mean that all these tokens will be able to be turned into Steem in a more direct way than having to use something like Coinbase?

I'm still trying to get my head around trading, as you can see! 😊

Yes, that's how I understood it. STEEM will be the main trading pair for other tokens right here on the steem blockchain. (don't pin me down on it though, I'm learning as I go).

What nice to see you gaming, the details from the game are so good and indeed the streaming is very bright and clear. Seems a powerful tool here on the blockchain.
I see it is not that easy to set up and stream some live action :-)

Bro i try to live by Dlive but both time i failed. I do't know this is because my new speed or something else. But my net speed is enough to play 720 screen video. I don't know why Dlive not work for me.

I am still using other website and my fav. one is Steepshot in replace of Instagram.

Must use Steepshot. It is cool bro.

I have always known that smart media tokens would be great enough to change the world and take it by storm. Imagine having other platforms pay it's users for using it. Steemit is setting the pace for others to follow and I am happy to be one of the first to be here.

Of all the apps on the Steem blockchain, @Dlive is my favorite. I truly believe live streaming is the missing link for any community based platform as it builds such great relationships between streamer and viewer.

I've been a huge fan of live streaming since I started on Ustream back in like 2011 LOL

Dlive is going to be huge! They are attracting the gamers and once there is bigger adoption, it's game over.

Can't wait to see what they bring to the mix down the road. SMT's too!!! Oh boy, what a year ahead for the blockchain!

BTW - Nice stream too...A few Ha-Do-Kens and Sonic Booms! You woulda had him ;)
