This is my SplinterLands battle share post for this week and I am sharing CAVE SLUGS today with you
In southern Khymeria, near the Crystalline Harbor, there is a dank place known as Baluthar's Deep. There are stories of ancient treasures buried there in the darkness, but the most that treasure hunters typically find is a slew of hideous cave monstrosities. One of the most well-known is the Cave Slug, which hides in plain sight and devours victims quite quickly.
Stats
My team included:
Tyrus - The summoner
Shieldbearer - Tank
Armorsmith - Repair armor
Cave Slugs - Melee monster with opportunity ability
Creeping Ooze - To slow down enemy attack
Ruleset - Low mana match with only Milee attacks allowed
Gameplay - Started off well. I was able to take down the tank with almost all of my monsters still alive.
Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
Started off well. Then Chanseaus used her ability to revive a dead monster and repair armor. It was a close match
Do you use the CAVE SLUGS often? Why or why not?
Not very often. Its a high mana low speed opportunist. But I use it when I can
