Aah! I fail to keep the count
Of the fragrant blossoms trampled
The shattering thud is on the mount
Of the mighty cedars crushed.
In the tragedy of errors is writ my fate
I yearn and long for an exit gate
Lost in the cacophony of their interest
Are the sobs of my wailing mothers
The fretful cries the flood of tears
Freeze my blood and wrench my heart
Am i born to suffer this way
TO BEAR THE BRUNT AND HAVE NO SAY
