I'm back and things are changing!

Yes its been a little while since I've posted or interacted with anyone.. sorry.

But I've been busy dealing with the good and the bad life has to offer and jumping over all the hurdles as best I could... like we're supposed to do. 

So this is sort of a short reintroduction.

I've lost interest in talking about fitness & health.. big surprise. Now I want to share stories of places I adventure too, generally being Provincial parks in Ontario Canada also including craft brewery's and Winery's. My goal will be to interact with other Steemians from Canada and share local hot spots that are a must visit. 

So please follow along and chat me up as I'm really interested in getting to know you and share my experiences with you!

I feel ya! I've delved many times into the idea of creating health and fitness content. In time I realised I'm way more passionate about learning and experimenting myself than trying to teach/convince others.
