STEEM Taken Out By Simple Negative Integer Bug

You may have noticed yesterday that STEEM was offline for multiple hours. It was all related to a negative power down initiated by @nijeah 8 days ago. Once the power down attempted to move SP to liquid STEEM the block chain froze. Seemingly a very simple bug in STEEM that surprisingly had yet to be discovered. Hopefully there aren't anymore of these chain stopping bug out there!
