My friends, this dish is called, ‘Ceviche’. This is a dish from Mexican Cuisine. I visited University of Berkeley, and in one of the places is where the shopping centers and restaurants are, and I saw this restaurant called, TACUBAYA. This dish is a raw salmon dish with cucumbers and parsley, tomatoes, and has tomato sauce and vinegar. Raw salmon was cooked in the vinegar. It’s really good.
