This past week, I wrote about the benefits of Hive Stake-Based Income (HSBI), and subsequently, how the FreeCompliments community would use HSBI to grow and encourage quality content creation. Now, I’m going a step beyond and offering HSBI as a consistent form of payment for someone’s work in order to aid the community. This is an official Hive-based job posting.
The Job
This will be done once per month, starting from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. The information only requires updating once every 2-3 days and will likely take 5 minutes every 2-3 days. In an Excel data sheet, please collect information about the following:

Who created posts in the FreeCompliments community, and how many of them they created over the course of the month.

Who wrote comments in the FreeCompliments community, and how many of them they created over the course of the month.

Who wrote threads with the #freecompliments tags in LeoFinance’s Threads feature, and how many of them they created over the course of the month.

Who referred people to the FreeCompliments community, and how many successful referrals came out of this over the course of the month.

Any comments, posts, or threads within the aforementioned that have not been curated by either myself or the FreeCompliments community account @hive-140084 within 3 days (please inform me as soon as possible).
Please send me the Excel sheet via e-mail (which we’ll discuss in private, preferably on Discord).
The payment offer
For each month of doing this activity, you’ll be paid 10 HSBI Units at the beginning of the month, once I receive your spreadsheet. I’ll also start you with a 5 HSBI sign-on bonus for starting this month.
As this activity would take about 5 minutes every 2-3 days, this would result in a maximum of 2 hours of work over the course of the month, with a reward of 10 HSBI Units which will provide you with permanent income.
Over the course of a year, this will result in roughly 24 hours worth of work for a total of 120 HSBI units, which will continue providing permanent rewards well beyond a year’s time frame.
If the workload begins to increase due to higher traffic and usage of tags, then I’ll adjust the payment accordingly (yes, raises are very much possible!). If your work is excellent and consistent, then bonuses are certainly on the table as well.
Negotiations about payment and frequency are on the table, provided I can trust your work.
Building Hive’s economy
Witnesses are already able to earn Hive, but how about the common Hive user? By providing jobs that pay in Hive/HBD/HSBI, we are legitimizing this as a valid currency by adding to its functionality as a store of value. While this is clearly a small part-time job at this point in time, this is how a functional economy begins on Hive.
Conclusion
In order to help the FreeCompliments and help continue the validation of Hive and HBD as valid forms of money, this is a job posting using HSBI. Let’s start creating history. Who’s up for the job?
