is STEEMIT will release mobile applications?

I just want to know if steemit will release mobile applications in the future ?  You know apps like facebook and twitter on android or ios.  it would be really great if steemit will release mobile applications , because someday steemit will be more popular than facebook and twitter so moblie application is needed.

I know it is not easy this takes time, thought and expense to create a mobile application. but mobile applications is also one way to do promotions on steemit because almost everyone in the world has a smartphone. and also I'm sure one day steemit will be more popular than pokemon go. which is now its popularity is bigger than porn.

Great idea! Maybe someone here on Steem is already developing an application. Incase you don't know, there is a simple method on making an application for android. The only requirement is a responsive website just like SteemIt. You just insert the link and KABOOM, you can now enjoy the app on mobile phones.

I hope so, because it's easier to use the app rather than the browser in smartphone.

I believe they will release an official steemit app for ios and android, just be patience don't forget steemit is still currently in beta :)
