Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC¡ Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! el día de hoy le quiero compartir sobre mi entrenamiento de básico de plancha . Comenzamos a calentar muy bien ya que hoy era un día muy excelente para hacer básicos y fortalecer más que todos los hombros ya que he perdido resistencia en las press y y las palancas. Comenzamos con 4 series de press en lean planch descanse 3 minutos la rutina estaba muy fuerte. Estuve descansando porque el día de ayer me rompí un cayó y me molestaba cuando hacía las press o alguna flexiones lean planch. La siguiente entrenamiento fue flexiones pino 3 series de 8 repeticiones descanse 3 minutos seguida de tirada de full planch pude hacer un aguante tuck avanzada pero no pude aguantarlo los 3 ⏱️. luego hice 4 series de flexiones normales, abierta y diamantes . 10 repeticiones cada una en total serían 30 repeticiones.Espero que hayan disfrutado la publicación del día de hoy. Hello friends of the community SWCGreetings, friends of the SWC community! I hope you're all doing well. Today I want to share my basic plank workout with you. We started with a thorough warm-up, as today was an excellent day to focus on basic exercises and strengthen my shoulders, especially since I've lost endurance in presses and levers. We began with 4 sets of lean planch presses, resting for 3 minutes between sets. The routine was quite intense. I was resting because I fractured an ache yesterday, and it bothered me when doing presses or lean planch push-ups. The next exercise was handstand push-ups: 3 sets of 8 reps, resting for 3 minutes between sets. This was followed by a full plank pull-up. I was able to do an advanced tuck hold, but I couldn't hold it for 3 seconds. Then I did 4 sets of regular, wide-grip, and diamond push-ups, 10 reps each, for a total of 30 reps.
