Investment banking giant Goldman Sachs will use its own money to trade bitcoin futures on behalf of its clients, according to the New York Times.

It would be a game changer for steemit if we get a piece of the action here. Anyway investing in bitcoin futures will also positively affect the cryptospace including steem

it does indeed show that there's strong demand for bitcoin. them setting up a ponzi scheme to profit from it, is of course a bad thing, but that's what wall street does. they do the same with any commodities (farm produce, mining ore, whatever...). that's capitalism right there: making money on the backs of those who have the know-how, do the actual work, take the actual risk, etc...
