Many of you who follow me here must have seen how many new users are now also part of our PT tag and have also seen that my name was linked to them.
So, this is an experimental project that I started a few weeks ago with my computer students, where I decided to talk a little bit about Blockchain and although not all of them had an a clear idea about it, I decided to use Steemit as a example of practice for them.
I will detail how it has worked and what we hope to happen from now on and about other phases that are already ready or still being prepared:
The idea:
It all started when I thought I could, at the very least, teach my students about Blockchain during internet classes. Initially just comment, but I knew this would seem very difficult for them to understand and what the real interest would be. So I thought: Why not teach them to use Steemit as a practical example of this?
So, in that first step I talked a little about Blockchain's idea and show Steemit to them. I've followed each one of them with their account creation and all the setup steps as well as explaining and helping them to keep all their keys safe.
I also helped them create their first "introduce yourself" posts. In addition to the basic tips on votes, followers, reesteem, tags and also using apps, such as Partiko (for example).
Every day I keep in touch with them and I can also filter who is more interested, as well as warn them about the votes and values they are receiving.
I know that not all of them will buy this idea, and those who will remain in this game I also have no idea how long they will remain.
The second stage consists in the subsequent payment of their "payments". By helping those who show more interest, I will continue to teach and give more tips for all. However, those who are more active, the idea is to use (in some way) their values in Steem / SBD for their own growth in the platform.
Considering the fact that I live in a small town, maybe this will generate some repercussion on Steemit, which could be very positive if the new users that appeared and remained active.
The main focus here would be to turn this money into a form of local commerce. Of course, in addition to teaching about reinvestment in Steemit itself, it would be interesting to find some store that would accept payment using the crypts or create some way to monetize the values they receive. Finally, to get them to use this value among themselves, and in that way, make them feel what the real idea behind the concept of blockchain (besides decentralized money) is.
This idea of the project was given by our friend @casagrande, one of the main motivators of this project.
Using just a few words (to get straight to the point):
- Demonstrate to students about Blockchain using Steemit as an example;
- Follow and teach them from the registration process to the first steps on the platform;
- Talk about crypts, values / exchances values and variations;
- Create a local network to use the rewards of who actually decide to stay after this whole process;
- Use this as a way to attract more users into our community.

Olá pessoal!
Muitos que me acompanham por aqui, devem ter visto a quantidade de novos usuários que apareceram em nossa tag PT. E devem ter visto também que meu nome estava ligado a eles. Pois bem, isso se trata de um projeto experimental que iniciei algumas semanas atrás com meus alunos de informática, onde resolvei falar um pouco sobre Blockchain e mesmo que todos não faziam ideia do que isso seria, resolvi usar o Steemit como um exemplo de prática para eles.
Abaixo irei detalhar como tem funcionado e o que esperamos daqui para frente, e sobre outras fases já prontas ou sendo preparadas.
A ideia:
Começou quando pensei que eu poderia no mínimo ensinar meus alunos nas matérias de Internet sobre Blockchain, apenas comentar. Mas eu sabia que isso iria “soar” muito difícil para eles entenderem e qual seria o interesse realmente? Então pensei, por que não ensinar eles usarem o Steemit como um exemplo prático disso?
Então, dentro desse primeiro passo foi falar um pouco da ideia da Blockchain e mostrar o Steemit para eles. Acompanhei cada um com sua criação das contas e configuração além de explicar e ajudar a eles guardarem suas chaves Mestre e outras.
Acompanhei e ajudei também a criarem suas primeiras postagens do Introduceyourself. Além das dicas básicas sobre votos, seguidores, reesteem, tags e usar APPs, como por exemplo o Partiko.
Todo dia mantenho contato com eles e consigo também filtrar quem está mais interessado, além de avisar sobre eles a respeito dos votos e valores que venham tendo.
Sei que não é todos que irão ficar e os que ficarão quanto tempo irão permanecer também não sei.
A segunda etapa consiste após o recebimento dos “pagamentos” deles. Junto e aliado aos que demonstrem mais interesses, continuarei a ensinar e dar mais dicas para todos é claro, mas o que estiverem mais ativos a ideia é usarmos de alguma maneira do Steem/SBD deles.
Como moro em uma cidade pequena, talvez isso gire alguma repercursão sobre o Steemit o que poderia ser bom caso novos usuários aparecem através disso.
O principal foco aqui seria girar esse dinheiro em uma forma de comércio local. Claro, que além de ensinar sobre reinvestimento dentro do próprio Steemit, mas além disso, seria interessante por ser uma cidade pequena, conseguir achar algum comércio que aceitasse pagamento pelas criptos ou fazer que de alguma maneira os valores que eles recebem, conseguissem utilizar entre eles, para que pudessem na prática sentir a ideia da “blockchain” além do dinheiro descentralizado. Essa ideia do projeto foi dada pelo nosso amigo @casagrande, um dos principais motivadores desse projeto.
Resumindo o projeto em geral:
- Demonstrar aos alunos sobre Blockchain usando Steemit como exemplo
- Acompanhar, ensinar desde o cadastro e os primeiros passos aqui dentro.
- Falar sobre criptos, valores, variações e câmbios
- Criar uma rede local para a utilização das recompensas de quem realmente ficou depois de todo esse processo.
- Utilizar isso como uma repercussão para atrair mais usuários para dentro de nossa comunidade.
