To get your stress level down and mantain a stress free life you have to follow-RED
R- Rest
Rest constitute 10% of our daily living. The best form of rest is sleep.adults needs atleast about 8hours sleep in a day to get proper rest and children needs about 12hours sleep in a day.
E- Exercise
Exercise constitute 10% of our daily living,
they are two of types of exercise:
Physical exercise- run, skip, brisk walk and jog
Mental exercise - Reading,create,sing and discuss
The best time for physical exercise is from 5am-8am and 5pm-8pm.
D-Diet

Eat more of Vegetables and fruits, nuts are also good for you, make sure to make your diet a healthy one because if you remove the letter t from diet it becomes die.
