What's up guys,

today's video is about how to build muscles properly. In 2018 I highly focused on building muscles and gained about 22kg of body weight in half a year. I will you some advice with factors, which helped me growing so fast without getting too fat. Of course I also gained a lot of fat but with this time, all the fat is gone again and I build about 6kg muscles in the end.
