Having a bar top facing the street, another great idea as people like to people watch.
The entire place looks fabulous and it sounds like you've got all of your vendors in line.
Problems that fix themselves are the only kind to have.
You had to be thrilled when the cook decided that your place was the place to be.
Now, I know you've got tons of energy, look what you've accomplished already, but it might have been even too much for @intothewild to handle, bartender, cook, waiter, busboy, and owner.
