Olive Oil it Down. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and parsley flakes. 2 small peaces of butter under the skin. Onions inside and underneath da bird. 2 hours on 350 ...

After:

Turned out nice though I recommend setting the heat at 325 for 2 hours. Using it for chicken stir fry and chicken soup. Good luck with your cooking.
