Asking what PUSH Means, we see that we will get many negative answers. Many will describe push as aggressively pulling someone away inthat one might even get injured. But there are better description of push in a positive way,first of all look at it as an acronym and explain it this way:
P - pray
U - until
S - something
H - happens

 Now you can see it more clearly that PUSH has positive description. Many people are so determined in whatever they are doing that they pull themselves so hard. Looking at it very well,we see that PUSH have a connection with DETERMINATION because it's only someone who is determined that pushes himself hard to attain to whatever he wants. A popular adage states " someone who failed to plan has planned to fail", this has been the case of some people, they are struggling without having a specified destination and all their struggles now came to be like someone running on a treadmill,you continue to spend your time and energy but not getting anywhere,so why not first:

Set your goals

Plan how to reach them

Set a deadline

Imagine of obstacles and figure out ways to solve them

When this is done,be determined and push yourself,go the extra mile. Do what others view as weild,never let your action to be defined by what people think or say but by what is right.
   What about others? You can also push them by helping them either by your advice or financially.we should never be a stumbling block to others because "a child that says his mother wouldn't sleep will never sleep himself". So when pulling others down we ourselves are also coming down.
