What is mango?

Mango is a fruit that comes from a tree with the same name. A fruit of wich there are many varieties used in gastronomy. A citric, pulpy, fleshy and sweet.

Its color renga from green when it is not ripe, to red, yellow, etc, depending of the variety.

Mangoes are rich in vitamins A, C and E, wich are good antioxidants. These vitamins also help eliminate free radicals, preventing aging and degenerative diseases

Magoes aer also rich in calcium, cinc, iron, oidine and magnesium. Potassium is a mineral that promotes heart movement and kidney function.

It is native to Southheast Asia

Its production occurs mainly in tropical and subtropical places, without ice. India es the largest mango producer. Other countries that cultivate mango are Pakistan, Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil and the Philippines.

¿Qué es el mango?

El mango es una fruta que proviene de un árbol con el mismo nombre. Una fruta de la cual existen muchas variedades usadas en gastronomía. Es cítrica, con una pulpa dulce y carnosa.

Su color va desde el verde cuando no esta maduro, al rojo, amarillo, etc, dependiendo de la variedad.

El mango es rico en vitamina A, C y E, las cuales son buenos antioxidantes. Dichas vitaminas también ayudan a eliminar radicales libres, previniendo el envejecimiento y enfermedades degenerativas.

El mango también es rico en calcio, cinc, hierro y magnesio. El potasio es un mineral que favorece los movimientos del corazón y la función renal.

Es originario del Sudeste asiático

Su producción se da principalmente en lugares tropicales y subtropicales, sin hielo. India es el mayor productor de mango. Otros paises que cultivan el mango son Pakistán, México, Tailandia, Indonesia, Brasil y Filipinas.
