BI技术人的出路

2016年9月28日写的一篇《BI人在大数据时代的尴尬》，到现在已经过去一年多，回头再看这篇文章，发现全是问题。其中最大的问题是，我完全没有考虑过自身的主观能动性。

写作的好处就是这样显而易见的，即便你不是为了影响力，也不是为了金钱，你仍然可以通过写作来看到自己的成长。

以下是我对上一篇文章中观点的反驳，供参考：

1. 需求信息不对称？追 & 问！

技术人员拿到的资料往往是经过整理加工的，你承担的明显就只是一个“执行者”的角色，想要突破这个角色的限制，可以这样做：
- 谋求升职或转职，升职意味着你可以成为执行者们的老大；转职则是去做更靠近需求的角色，例如业务分析员，需求分析，项目经理。
- 随着角色的变换，你能接触到的信息就会更多
- 如果不是特别紧急的情况，多问问“为什么”，不要来什么活就干什么，要有自己的思考
- 自己的思考提出来不被接受不要紧，你已经尽了责任，如果你的对的，未来会为你打call

2. 重复劳动的工作量大？用技术实现自动化！

3. 可复用部分少？积累属于你自己的知识库！

4. 技术积累难度高？真的吗？

5. 互联网方向的工具和产品思想？搞！

同第4点，要去学习，去见高手，去搞搞搞！

6. 技术不懂，想去学，但公司没有项目和资源，即使自学了也没有用武之地；想去互联网公司，人家一看简历没有他们需要的技术，根本进不去。

7. 如果要固执地一直做技术，那么将来的路应该怎么走？

希望以上的自我反驳能给大家带来一点启发，其余的，就等我真的做出来以后再说吧！
