저는 남자입니다. 화장실에 가더라도 변기를 쓰는 경우보다는 빠르게 치고 빠지는(?) 경우가 더 많죠. 하지만 남자들에게도 고통스런 순간은 찾아오기 마련입니다. 전 그럴 때마다 두렵습니다. 살짝 열린 이 문을 밀면 어떤 장면이 날 맞을까. 만일 뚜껑이 덮여 있다면... 과연 이 뚜껑을 열었을 때 내 눈은 괜찮을까. 괜히 물을 한 번 내려 소리를 확인합니다. 그래, 막히지 않았어. 괜찮을거야... 환경 보호의 지구적인 가치보다는 스스로의 마음을 돌보는 게 우선이에요. 저는 작은 사람입니다.

모두가 스스로를 돌아보는 세상이 되었으면 하네요. 여유를 갖고, 버튼을 누르고 후다닥 도망쳐 나오지 말고 잠시만 기다려주시길.
