Bitcoin Parabolic Increase!!!???

So bitcoin is hovering between $7,100-$7,500. Anyone seeing Bitcoin going to $20K+ in 2020? What could start the bitcoin revolution, do we really need the institutional(wallstreet) investors or would it increase just because of the halving.
