The Word of God is the breath of God and has no side effect; it always produces success in several dimensions.
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"
2 Timothy 3:16
The above scripture spelt out four dimensions of success as part of the great things that the word of God can produces.
Firstly, it is used for teaching:
All the topics you want to know about God, people, animals, plants etc can be taught from the bible.
Bible is loaded with all what you can ever think of knowing. If you really want to know about who God is,what brought about the existence of the world or where human being,animal and other creatures originated from,the best place to get that is through the studying of the scripture.
Secondly, it is used for reproof:
The word of God directs and cautions you where you are going wrong.
It is the manual of our lives that is used to check us to really know maybe we are still on the right track. If we find out that we are sliding away from the right track,the word of God can be used to correct our path and we can make some adjustment.
Thirdly, For correction:
Where a mistake or blander has already been committed, the Word is used to rectify it. No matter the mess one might have committed,the word of God is a cleansing tool that can purify and correct any error.
Finally, It gives the guidelines to walk in God's righteousness.
The best place to know about God and how to dilligently walk in His way in order to please Him and be His favourite is through His word.
