How's it going guys? Have you ever been to Seattle? It's a wonderful city in the summer time. I wouldn't know because even though I moved here in 1984 and left in 1998, I was born in South Dakota so I'd fly back there every summer to help my granddad work on his airport so this is my first full summer in the Emerald City.

It may seem that I've dropped off the Hivedar, but I've just been really getting into making TikTok videos lately. They are way easier to make than Hive posts and can be shared to other platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, X, and are seen by a thousand people sometimes. They can also be embedded here quite easily from X, so I'll have to do more posts in the future. I didn't have my computer for a few months so the only thing I've really been doing on the bee chain is slaying my enemies in the Splinterlands.
When I first got downtown, I walked everywhere. I even walked to my job across town which was several miles. My legs did not appreciate all the hills and getting lost, but then I figured out that you could ride these Lime scooters and electric bikes for FREE if you wear a helmet and the city of Seattle hands out FREE adult helmets so I'm starting to love this place because of these little green things. Every city should have them!
Queen Anne is one of my favorite roads and neighborhoods. It has such a classy turn of the century look and feel to it that seems like it's always been a cool spot. I don't usually see W Lee street because it's on the left side up the hill on Queen Anne and can be easy to miss.
Here in Seattle, they seem to have 🌈rainbow flags and ⬛️Black Lives Matter signs everywhere. It reminds me of that episode of The Last of Us where they're walking down Capitol Hill in Seattle and seemed confused about why they loved rainbows so much.
These 🗼radio towers were such an eye sore when I first got here, but they're like a lighthouse of navigation to me now. They've helped me get home many times when my pathetic GPS-dependent ass had to get home with a dead phone.
My daughter is three now. Trump has 🚫🇱🇦 banned all Lao people from coming to the 🇺🇸 USA so she and her mom won't be coming here soon, but politics and policies always change so hopefully they do by the time she's ten so I can send her to a nice and proper school like this one.

I just love the style of houses they made back in the day. I'd trust them in a fire or earthquake to any modern house any day.
What do you call this kind of house? I don't know, but it looks really cool. When I'm a Hive 🐋 and it's trading in the teens I'll have to get one too.
Unfortunately, this is the end of W Lee Street. There is a an E Lee Street across town, but it was lame compared to the west side cause it was closer to the coast with the most.
