custard vermicelli desert....
hi steemians!!! i wana share this yummy recipe of custard vermicelli. Its very easy to make and its good for children and they like it too...
so first you have to take the following ingredients
1. 1kg fresh milk
2. 1 pack vermicelli (coloured so that childern will take more interest in eating)
3.custard (flavour you like)
4. dry fruits fr garnishing)
5. cardamom 2 or 3
6.sugar (as required )

so lets begin
first you have to take a pot and put it on a stove .put milk . bring to boil.put cardamon for flavour and fragrance
nw put vermicelli and bring it to boil again..
when vermicelli are half cooked put sugar in it...
stir it well
nw take a bowl nd put 4 spoons (large ones ) of water and 2 spoons of custard
mix it well and make a paste
nw put the paste in the vermicelli and milk
stir it until thick...
nw take it out and put in bowl refrigerate it and garnish it ... serve chilled
