어제 이사짐싸느라 못한 운동 오늘 2배로 다 했음.

대략 30분동안 줄넘기만 돌린듯 중간에 3번 쉼.

3일 전 보다 전체적으로 체력이라든지 발목이 강화된것같은 느낌.

이제 덤벨 배달 오면 삼두 이두 가슴 어깨 전부 시작함.

"야, 덤벨"

"빨리 와"
