Yes. The person in the picture was a friend pf mine. It was taken at osmeña peak located at mantalongon dalaguete, cebu

Nice one. I've went up a few mountains myself, but I have yet to go climb one in Cebu! When I go there next, I'll definitely add that one to the list! The view is amazing!
