Facebook banning ads about Cryptocurrency?

There was a lot of FUD around when Facebook announced all the ads with cryptocurrency will be banned. Everyone was scared because Facebook owners have a big influence even worldwide.

Fake news!

I can see even more ads as before on my Feed.

I think Facebook realised 80% of the ads are about cryptocurrency, ICO & exchanges and their profit will be a lot lower after banning all these.

That happened in India also few days ago, everyone saying India is banning cryptocurrency. Fake news, India just implemented some taxes on cryptocurrency.

Never trust media, trust cryptocurrency & blockchain technologies which are being used by a lot of companies, and this is just the beginning.

Good, I'm not gonna lie, trying to shill altcoins to people via Facebook sounds like a recipe for disaster at the moment. Anyone who would actually buy because they were convinced by a Facebook ad will probably not research crypto properly and end up making more bad decisions and spreading more FUD. @jwolf
