Ongol-ongol is a culinary that was born from Chinese influence in Betawi society cuisine. The composition consists of glutinous rice, coconut milk, and brown sugar. Therefore ongol-ongol has a mixture of sweet and savory taste. This snack is also accompanied by grated coconut in its presentation.
