My First Time..

Just over an hour’s drive outside of Tijuana brought us here to La Rumorosa. The news we received earlier in the morning is what decided the road trip, racing against the heat of the sun to see what was left; small piles here and there on the foothills.

It was plenty for people to come and build snowmen though. Of all the places in the world, I never would have guessed my first time seeing snow was going to be in a town with relatively arid climate, but that’s just another reason why I love Mexico.
