Yay! A new version of our moderation system is out. In the last version only one mod can approve and disapprove a post. We have changed that so every mod has a voice. The post will be accepted if in 24 hours more mods approve than decline/ignore. Yeah we added an ignore button too. Now mods can ignore which has no affect on the moderation of posts. Finally anyone who delegated more than or equal to 50 Steem Power will automatically be a mod. Though we like to call moderators "Meme Inspectors" :P

- How did you implement it/them?
I first changed the schema for the posts. Adding a score and votes array will help with keeping track of the current moderators votes. Then I added a button for ignoring/passing a moderation vote. Here is the logic for it all. If a mod clicks approve it adds a point to the score of the post. If a mod clicks ignore it adds nothing nor subtracts. If they click decline it removes a point. In the end of 24 hours mods will no longer be able to see the post and vote on it in the mod page. If there are more approves than declines then memeit will show it, otherwise it'll be hidden from our frontend service. Also here's the logic of if you are a mod or not.
This is another great step to helping steemians grow!
