i made this yummy dinner yesterday that used vegetarian ingredients. It was pretty simple and yummy, it had fried kale and onions, flash cooked yolks, almonds, parmesan cheese, and lemon.
I am happy I started to explore cooking more vegetables, their flavor really comes out in keto dishes, because they cook so well n oils.
