Man I really do hope that it happens - the price jump I mean. We were having a nice stable (slightly bullish) run in May and then yesterday happened.

Yes I think things will pump this week and for a few more weeks... end of may and all of June I think we will see good gains.. as long as no there is no major FUD or bad news in the market..

That bullish run was a false flag. The market needed this last bear run to exhaust tye bears and really invigorate the bulls with a strong buying opportunity around 7.9k

The whales will do the unexpected of course.. Everyone is expecting a jump during or after the consensus. Researchgeek senses a slight pullback and a spike at the end of May. I definitely see price increases in the coins that established potential partnerships after the consensus meeting.

I'm still very bullish about this years Consensus the major difference is that this year we have a lot more institutional money getting into the market.Remember last year when JP Morgan announced its Partnership with $Zcash the price double in a matter of seconds.Another altparty ready to begin?

All these instances of Consensus pumping prices happened during the bull market so I am not sure this year's event will have the same effect.

I want to see steem and SBD back around $8.
Mostly willing to have SBD higher than steem.

I'm crossing my finger that this will happen this Consensus as well. It would certainly be very nice to get a higher price for some cryptos now, although I have been enjoying buying them on sale the last months.

Actually I think it really can influence the price positively. The chance that big announcements are made is way bigger and many rich entities will get interested and get involved.

Let's not jump to conclusions just yet. Market sentiment is different every year. There may well be a jump, but it doesn't necessarily mean it'll be a big one.
