Hoy domingo, bien temprano, decidí entrenar algunos básicos de calistenia ya que esta semana no he podido entrenar prácticamente nada. Solo pude entrenar un día y no completo. Los demás días he tenido malestar, diarrea y vómito, por lo cual no estoy en plenas condiciones para entrenar. El día de ayer casi ni dormí por el malestar. A pesar de estar cansado, hoy decidí hacer algo de deporte, aunque sea muy poco, pero es algo.
Entrené unos muscle ups, dominadas, fondos en paralelas y fondos supinos, también unas flexiones de toda la vida. A pesar de lo sencillo de la rutina, necesité bastante descanso entre series para recuperar energías y poder avanzar en la rutina. Al final la pude completar, lo que me dio bastante alegría. Espero ya el día de mañana sentirme mejor para poder volver a mis entrenamientos con normalidad.

This Sunday, very early, I decided to train some basic calisthenics since this week I haven't been able to train practically anything. I was only able to train one day and not complete. The other days I have had discomfort, diarrhea and vomiting, which is why I am not in full condition to train. Yesterday I barely slept because of the discomfort. Despite being tired, today I decided to do some sport, even if it's very little, but it's something.
I trained some muscle ups, pull-ups, parallel dips and supine dips, as well as some regular push-ups. Despite the simplicity of the routine, I needed a lot of rest between sets to regain energy and be able to advance in the routine. In the end I was able to complete it, which gave me a lot of joy. I hope to feel better tomorrow so I can return to my training normally.
