Viernes de progreso y determinaci贸n
El viernes marc贸 un nuevo nivel en nuestro entrenamiento. Ayer comenzamos con los ejercicios de front wide touch, una rutina exigente que pone a prueba la fuerza y el control corporal. Despu茅s, seguimos con pull up a touch, donde cada repetici贸n fue un paso m谩s hacia nuestro objetivo. Se siente el avance: vamos bien, y lo mejor es que en poco tiempo estaremos listos para el SAT. Es solo cuesti贸n de constancia y tiempo 鈴诧笍.
Kako, por su parte, se enfrent贸 al desafiante 2-2-3 de front lever, su meta personal 馃幆. Con determinaci贸n y t茅cnica, logr贸 ejecutarlo con una solidez que demuestra cu谩nto ha progresado. Adem谩s, trabaj贸 el touch con goma, y va excelente: este chico mejora a una velocidad impresionante. Su compromiso y disciplina son evidentes en cada sesi贸n.
Para cerrar la jornada, Kako se tom贸 unas fotos haciendo variaciones de plancha. Las im谩genes capturan no solo su forma f铆sica, sino tambi茅n el esp铆ritu de superaci贸n que lo impulsa. Friday of Progress and Determination
Friday marked a new level in our training. Yesterday we started with front wide touch exercises, a demanding routine that tests strength and body control. Afterward, we continued with pull-ups to touch, where each repetition was another step toward our goal. The progress is noticeable: we're on the right track, and the best part is that we'll be ready for the SAT in no time. It's just a matter of consistency and time 鈴诧笍.
Kako, meanwhile, tackled the challenging 2-2-3 front lever, his personal goal 馃幆. With determination and technique, he executed it with a solidity that demonstrates how much he has progressed. He also worked on touch with resistance bands, and he's doing great: this kid is improving at an impressive rate. His commitment and discipline are evident in every session.
To close out the day, Kako took some photos doing plank variations. The images capture not only his physical fitness but also the spirit of self-improvement that drives him. Every day is an opportunity to grow, and this Friday proved we're on the right track. Let's keep going!
