안녕하세요. 개발자 @devdevil0625 입니다. ^^
KPop 을 사랑하는 글로벌 팬들을 위한 Dapp 프로젝트 "KPOP-Steem" 을 오픈합니다.
KPOP-Steem 은 전세계 K-Pop 을 사랑하는 다양한 사람들이 Steemit 을 통해 KPop 스타의 직캠 콘텐츠를 공유하고 보상받을수있는 스팀 블록체인 Dapp 입니다.

2달간 영혼을 담았고요. 욕심 나는 더 많은 기능들은 향후 지속적으로 업데이트 하겠습니다.

앗 안녕하세요. 저희는 직접 찍은 직캠을 올려요. 직접 찍은 사진의 저작권은 찍은 사람이 갖습니다 그래서 홈마님들이 연예인 사진 찍으려고 몇칠 밤낮을 세는거라고하네요.. 연예인의 초상권은 기존 다른 사업자가 직접 돈을 주고 만든 상업적 영상물이 아니면 됩니다. 감사합니다.~

제가 신경 쓰였던 부분이....
결과적으로 연애인의 사진을 이용해서 개인이 돈을 버는 구조(코인을 얻는 구조)가 되는데 해당 기획사에서 시비를 걸 수도 있지 않을까해서 여쭤보았습니다
기존에 문제가 없었으니 문제가 없을것이다는 어려울것 같고... 블럭체인 특성상 계속 남아 있기 때문에....

스팀잇에글을 쓰는 모든 사람들은 컨텐츠 저자 이고 코인을 얻습니다. 그리고 그것이 상업적이라고 생각하진 않습니다 순수하고 합당하다고 생각하고요^^.

마찬가지로 내가 직접 찍은 저작권이 있는 Kpop 스타의 사진을 공유하고 홍보함으로서 얻는 코인또한 순수하고 합당하다고 생각해요. (홍보해주고..보상받은 코은인 더 많은 활동을 할수있습니다.예를들어 팬클럽소품을 산다던가? 콘서트 티켓, 아니면 커피 쿠폰을 보내준다던가...등등)

컨텐츠는 자신이 만든것만 컨텐츠가 아니라 자신이 경험한 디지털 매체또한 컨텐츠가 됩니다. 저작권이 자신에게 있는 사진을 올리는건 말씀드린데로 문제가 되지 않습니다. 그리고 연예인은 일반인과 다르게 자신의 개인 사진 영상을 오히려 홍보의 수단으로 사용합니다. (예전에 어떤 연예인이 이걸 가지고 법적 소송한 건이 있는데..크게 손해를 보았다고하네요.)

물론 파파라치 같은 사진은 안되는거고요 ^^;; 추후에는 수익을 연예인과 공유하는 분과 공유하지 않는 글에 대한 레벨을 두려고합니다. 그러려면 저희 서비스가 유명해져야할거같고요~ 도와주세요~ ^^
