Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today is another compensatory day off, so my granddaughter and autistic son don't have to go to school. Although my wife and I have spare time, our commitments to childcare keep us from traveling or going out. Today, I focused mainly on looking after granddaughter and autistic son, as my wife had to do a lot of housework, And she has to harvest vegetables from the home garden and cook. Our simple breakfast today are bread and milk. However, for both lunch and dinner, my wife picked a large amount of flowering white cabbage and a papaya from the garden to cook a big pot of clear soup for our family.
I plant flowering white cabbage in plastic baskets and also in the ground. These are some of the flowering white cabbage my wife picked for this dish. This time, she used young flowering white cabbage that hadn't yet flowered too.

Other vegetables in this clear soup include napa cabbage and shiitake mushrooms, I can't plant these vegetables, we bought them from the supermarket a few days ago. This time I don't have a recipe for this dish. Because it's just a simple clear soup with vegetables and minced pork. And season the soup with pork flavour seasoning cubes and soy sauce.
