It is a good place to clear the mind, it is very impressive the way saltpeter is extracted from the sea; You can find salt mounds in an artisanal way. And you can find in its fauna the flamingos a well-known species of bird.
The lake is pink as you can see in the images.
It is located a few kilometers from the Port of Telchac, Yucatan Mexico.
