In 12 kilometers from the city of Kandy is the royal botanical garden of Sri Lanka. The garden was founded in 1821. The garden is famous for palm trees from this world. The palm here is 175 pieces. Many call this garden a giants' park. Here is a large variety of giant trees. In the photos below it is clearly visible.

A special rapture of this park is a large number of flying foxes and monkeys.

The ticket was only 10 dollars. We spent about 5 hours in this park.
A great place to spend time and see plants from all over the world.
