It has an average length of 1.8 and a fin-to-fin length of 2.5 m, and adults typically weigh between 247 and 1,000 kg. But there are large specimens grows to more than 3 metres in length, 4.2 metres in height, and can weigh more than 2.5 tonnes.

The Ocean Sunfish has a small mouth, a large blunt head, and pectoral fins are small and fan-shaped.

They love to sunbathe.

It spend up to half the day in the sun near the surface of the water, to keep their whole bodies warm.

What do they eat?

they feed on jellyfish, small fishes, and squid.

I got it. Sunfish have an extremely wide distribution. They are found in temperate and tropical oceans across the globe. and they may be found in the Atlantic, Pacific, Mediterranean, and Indian Oceans.
