LOTEEM : THE STEEM COMMUNITY PUBLIC BUDGET

[EN] Summary

Loteem is a fundraiser for the Steem community.
Steem is a decentralized community built on top of a blockchain where no owner exists.

Due to the nature of these communities, cases of victimization, such as copyright infringement, may be more difficult to support and solve than a general community. Costs and manpower are consumed, but they are left to voluntary participation. In addition, the promotion of events within the community, such as the Steem Fest, is conducted by voluntary participation and sponsorship. Of course, despite the characteristics of the decentralized community, Steem is often solving many problems with autonomous sponsorship and participation in most cases.

This project was initiated to support the costs of community use.
The project is being carried out using a lottery method to motivate members to participate in fundraising.

스팀은 별도의 주체가 존재하지 않는 블록체인 위에서 구성된 분권화 커뮤니티입니다.

이러한 커뮤니티의 특성상, 저작권 침해와 같은 사례와 피해자가 발생하는 경우, 일반적인 커뮤니티에 비해 지원과 해결이 어려울 수 있습니다. 비용과 인력이 소모되지만 자율적인 참여에 맡겨야 하기 때문입니다. 또한 스팀페스트와 같이 커뮤니티 내에서 행사를 진행하는 것도 마찬가지로 자율적인 참여와 후원에 의해서 진행됩니다. 물론, 스팀은 분권화 커뮤니티의 특성에도 불구하고, 대부분의 경우에 대해서 자율적인 후원과 참여에 의해서 많은 문제들을 잘 해결하고 있습니다.

로팀은 위와 같이 커뮤니티에서 사용되는 비용을 지원하기 위해서 시작된 프로젝트입니다.
이 프로젝트는 기금 조성에 구성원들의 참여동기를 유발하기 위해서 로터리 방식을 취하여 진행되고 있습니다.

참여등록하신 분들은 30분 이후, 큐레이션 보상을 보장하며 자동으로 보팅됩니다.

추첨 안내

다음 회차의 포스팅이 발행되면서, 당첨자가 정해집니다.
당첨은 참여자의 보팅 트랜잭션을 사용합니다.
- 보팅 트랜잭션의 해시값과 블럭의 해시값을 추출합니다.
- 다음 포스팅의 트랜잭션 해시값과 블럭의 해시값을 추출합니다.
- 참여와 당첨여부를 확인하기 위한 값들은 누군가 임의로 조작할 수 없습니다.
- 일정한 확률이 만족하도록 알고리즘을 제공하고, 당첨 여부를 확인합니다.

당첨 안내

당첨자가 발생하지 않았다면, 자동으로 보상은 다음회차로 누적됩니다.
로팀의 당첨금 잔액이 있는 경우, 잔여 금액이 상금으로 사용됩니다.
로팀의 당첨금 잔액이 없는 경우, 당첨 회차를 기준으로, 그 이전의 사용되지 않은 포스팅 보상이 상금으로 사용됩니다.
당첨자는 즉시 공지되지만, 당첨은 페이아웃을 통해 변하지 않는 사실이 되었을 때 확정되므로 주의해주세요.

비율과 확률 안내

보상의 스팀달러에서 최소 17%를 커뮤니티 기금으로 누적합니다.
보상의 스팀달러에서 최소 5%를 해당 시스템의 운영과 개발에 대한 보상으로 지급합니다.
보상의 스팀달러에서 위 내용을 제외한 금액(약 78%)을 당첨금으로 누적합니다.
당첨 확률은 상단에 명시되어 있습니다.
- 보팅 금액이 0.1달러 미만인 경우에 대해서는 다음과 같은 확률을 제공합니다.
  당첨확률 × ( 보팅금액 / 0.1 ) 즉, 보팅 금액이 0.01인 경우 기존 당첨 확률 대비 1/10의 확률로 당첨됩니다.
- 보팅 금액이 높은 경우에 대해서도 균형잡힌 당첨확률을 제공하기 위하여 확률이 변경될 수 있습니다.
단, 충분한 당첨금 보상이 누적된 경우, 커뮤니티 기금과 운영 기금의 비중을 증가시킵니다.

one ticket is $2.77 paid and prize of similar chance(1:9014) is $554.

loteem’s one ticket is 0.1 sbd($1) (just vote, not paid) and prize is over then 100 sbd ($1000).
