LOTEEM : THE STEEM COMMUNITY PUBLIC BUDGET

[EN] Summary

Loteem is a fundraiser for the Steem community.
Steem is a decentralized community built on top of a blockchain where no owner exists.

Due to the nature of these communities, cases of victimization, such as copyright infringement, may be more difficult to support and solve than a general community. Costs and manpower are consumed, but they are left to voluntary participation. In addition, the promotion of events within the community, such as the Steem Fest, is conducted by voluntary participation and sponsorship. Of course, despite the characteristics of the decentralized community, Steem is often solving many problems with autonomous sponsorship and participation in most cases.

This project was initiated to support the costs of community use.
The project is being carried out using a lottery method to motivate members to participate in fundraising.

이러한 커뮤니티의 특성상, 저작권 침해와 같은 사례와 피해자가 발생하는 경우, 일반적인 커뮤니티에 비해 지원과 해결이 어려울 수 있습니다. 비용과 인력이 소모되지만 자율적인 참여에 맡겨야 하기 때문입니다. 또한 스팀페스트와 같이 커뮤니티 내에서 행사를 진행하는 것도 마찬가지로 자율적인 참여와 후원에 의해서 진행됩니다. 물론, 스팀은 분권화 커뮤니티의 특성에도 불구하고, 대부분의 경우에 대해서 자율적인 후원과 참여에 의해서 많은 문제들을 잘 해결하고 있습니다.

로팀은 위와 같이 커뮤니티에서 사용되는 비용을 지원하기 위해서 시작된 프로젝트입니다.
이 프로젝트는 기금 조성에 구성원들의 참여동기를 유발하기 위해서 로터리 방식을 취하여 진행되고 있습니다.
