A quetzal feeds its young in the nest. The photographer, who took this picture in San Gerardo de Dota, Costa Rica, managed to capture this picture after observing a quetzal couple for a whole week. The quetzal fed its chicks with fruits and insects day after day, eventually using food to try to leave the nest.
