The big picture of LUV
The goal and roadmap of LUVshares remains unchanged: to spread love around the Hive blockchain. LUV is given person-to-person, each time saying, "Here, have some LUV."
Transparency has been very important to LUV from the start. That said, there was no quarter 2 report; I was very busy at the time and the ball was dropped. But, it's back with quarter 3.

The circulating supply of LUV. This is the amount of LUV minted. Most tokens are in Hive wallets, except for those in the @LUVshares account which are waiting to be emitted by the LUVbot.
Notes:
- LUV yields children. Another spin-off of LUV has occurred. The first spin-off was @Hivebits, which also associated with the simple game @Wusang. But, recently, @HelpHive began. The purpose of HelpHive, is to, well, give help on Hive. Any Hive user can get help simply by asking a question and typing ! help (with no space after the !) and a member of the HelpHive team will get back with help. Effectively, with that command, @HelpHive turns the entire Hive system into a helpbot system. The next time you wonder about something on Hive, feel free to give it a try.
- Graph 1 above shows a bit of a leveling off and slight decline in LUV emission. No doubt this is the result of a generally flat crypto market overall as well as Hive's generally flat price. Interest is ho-hum in crypto right now, it seems. This bothers me none-at-all. LUV is still there and doing fine.
- Graph 2 is encouraging to me. The emission of LUV "into the wild" has been very steady, almost linear. In my mind, such predictability lends toward stability.
- Consider joining the LUV/HBIT Sting chat or Discord and say, "Hello!"
Looking forward
Looking to the future, the number one goal is to maintain the ability for Hive users to share LUV via the LUVbot.
I'd encourage the use of the #LUV tag. @LUVshares has been searching that tag, looking for posts to curate.
Summary and final thoughts
Mostly, I'd encourage anyone using the LUV command to include an authentic comment along with the command. Giving LUV is wonderful, giving kinds words with LUV is even better.
