I have the perfect recipe for you! A healthy “cookie dough” snack!

english ingredient
. - a can of chickpeas
. - 1/4 cup of maple syrup
. - 1/4 cup of brown sugar or coconut sugar
. - 1/4 cup of oatmeal
. - 2 tsp of vanilla extract
You mix everything in a blinder and add the chocolate chips to your liking. You can then either put the dough in a pot and eat it with a teaspoon đŸ€€ or make small balls of it. Keep everything in the fridge.

J’ai la recette parfaite pour vous ! Un snack healthy de « pĂąte Ă  cookie » !

. - une boĂźte de pois chiche
. - 1/4 de cup de sirop d’erable
. - 1/4 de cup de sucre roux ou sucre de coco
. - 1/4 de cup de flocon d’avoine
. - 2 tsp d’extrait de vanille
Vous mixez le tout dans un blinder et vous ajouter les pĂ©pites de chocolat Ă  votre guise. Vous pouvez ensuite soit mettre la pĂąte dans un pot et la manger Ă  la petite cuillĂšre đŸ€€ soit en faire des petites boulettes. À conserver le tout au frigo.

Mezclas todo en un cegador y le agregas las chispas de chocolate a tu gusto. A continuaciĂłn, puedes poner la masa en una olla y comerla con una cucharadita đŸ€€ o hacer bolitas con ella. Guarde todo en el frigorĂ­fico.
